Migraine: Unilateral head throbbing, sensitive to light, sound or smell.
Tension: Frequent occurrence, worse in the afternoon or evening. Pain often bilateral, lasting for hours/days/weeks.
Cervicogenic: Reduced movement in the neck, associated with neck pain. Radiating pain to forehead, temples or ears.
Cluster: Painful, eye region, lasting about 30 minutes, reoccur.
Other: There are many causes of headaches. It is recommended that you seek care for any headache that is the "worst headache" you have ever had, or for those that are accompanied by a fever, fatigue, unexplained weight loss, or a general feeling of malaise.
